I'm Heather. I'm a licensed architect, and I've personally renovated five houses (and lived through every one). I help homeowners figure out what's actually wrong with their house, so they can fix the right problem instead of spending thousands on the wrong renovation.
Most architects work on big, full-service projects with budgets to match. I built this set of offers because most of the homeowners I talk to don't need a $15,000 architectural engagement. They need someone who can spot the layout problem, sketch a real solution, and help them stop second-guessing themselves.
