This collection is inspired by the house I grew up in: a 1890's craftsman bungalow on 4th Avenue - but with modern life updates and spaces. All three versions have two stories, but different second floor layouts.
This petite version of the Avenue House Plan is a simple and classic traditional home. With only two bedrooms upstairs, the main living happens on the first floor. A dedicated office at the front of the house is great for those who see clients and want to work from home without sacrificing privacy.

The Classic version of the Avenue House Plan is just a bit more spacious than The Petite. A bonus living room / flex room joins the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The first floor is still the same open floor plan with a large scullery, private primary suite, and dedicated office at the front of the house.
